Grooming Policy
All boarding and grooming cats must arrive and leave our facility in a carrier. NO EXCEPTIONS. Regardless of how loving your cats may be towards one another, they recognize each other by smell. After a groom that "normal smell" is gone and they do not recognize one another. They could cause harm to themselves, each other and possibly you.
All cats over the age of six months must be spayed or neutered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cats must be current on rabies and distemper vaccinations. There is a 2 week waiting period prior to
grooming to ensure your cat does not experience any side effects from the vaccinations.
If evidence of fleas are found, a gentle de-flea will be performed during the grooming procedure.
All collars must be removed. They can be securely fastened to the handle of your cat's carrier.
All medications must be labeled with your cat's name, owner's name, vet's name, instructions, and what the medicine is for. Prescriptions in pill form or special diets are not a problem. However, we cannot administer injections or subcutaneous fluids.
